Answer Each Question In Order
You cannot close out or use the back or previous button. If you exit the exam before you have a passing score, or fail the exam, you will have one additional attempt.
Additional Final Exam Attempt
Per Florida Administrative Code, students who do not pass the end-of-course exam are eligible for one additional exam attempt. The second attempt must occur within one year of the date of the original exam. If a student does not pass the second exam attempt, a student must re-purchase and must once again complete the course material to become eligible for another end-of-course exam attempt and obtain a passing score prior to their renewal deadline.
No Access to Review Final Exam
To maintain the integrity of the final exam, it is not possible for a student to review the questions or their answers after the exam is completed. This is the case whether a student has passed the exam or otherwise.

Apple devices can be used to complete reading exercises. They can not display the optional interactive exercises. Users can experience issues during exams.
Successful completion of the course will be accomplished by obtaining a score of at least 70% on the 50 question end-of-course exam. If you do not pass, a second exam will be made available. Your course will remain available for study.
Once you pass your end-of-course exam, your score will be sent to us electronically.
We will mail a completion slip and diploma to you, and submit your completion date to the state automatically within 48 hours.
License Renewal Process
To renew your license, the state requires proof of your education completion, and you must pay a renewal fee:
Education Submission
Your completion date is the date that you pass the end-of-course exam. To be considered on-time, your course must be complete at or before 11:59pm EST the day of the renewal deadline.
Once you have completed each course, we will automatically submit your information to the state electronically.
Depending on the information you have provided, we will attempt to fax and email your completion slips to you. We also put completion slips and diplomas in the regular mail. Please keep these documents for your records.
You will be asked for your User ID and PIN. Your User ID can be found by searching with your license number. If you have not already changed your PIN, it may be the last four digits of your social security number.

Common Questions
How long is the course good for?
The course is active for six months from the date of purchase. It may be possible to have the course extended beyond the six months maximum. Please call our office for information. (727) 526-5338 or (800) 330-9411
May I download this course and work without being connected to the internet?
There is no way to download the course from the internet to your computer. All course material is presented in an online form.
