Exam Attempts
The online course has five exam attempts built-in. As necessary, additional exam attempts will be provided at no additional charge by contacting the office at (800) 330-9411.
No Access to Review Final Exam
To maintain the integrity of the final exam, it is not possible for a student to review the questions or their answers after the exam is completed. This is the case whether a student has passed the exam or otherwise.
Alternative Continuing Education Courses
ALL 14-Hour courses INCLUDE the 3-Hour Core Law, 3-Hour Ethics, and 8-Hour Specialty Credit requirement for real estate sales associates and brokers.
For those who need ONLY the 3-Hour Core Law, or 3-Hour Ethics credits, we offer these standalone courses.
3-Hour Core Law
For those who have completed the 11 hours of specialty credit through other coursework and need ONLY the 3-Hour Core Law portion, we offer it as a standalone online course.
For those with a renewal deadline of September 30, 2018 or later who need only the 3-Hour Ethics course to complete their 14-Hour education requirement. The 3-Hour Ethics requirement is currently INCLUDED with our 14-Hour online course.
The final exam requires a reliable internet connection.

Apple devices can be used to complete reading exercises. They can not display the optional interactive exercises. Users can experience issues during exams. A laptop or desktop computer should be used to take the final exam.

License Renewal Process
To renew your license, the state requires proof of your education completion, and you must pay a renewal fee:
Education Submission
Your completion date is the date that you pass the end-of-course exam. To be considered on-time, your course must be complete at or before 11:59pm EST the day of the renewal deadline.
Once you have completed your course, we will automatically submit your information to the state electronically.
Depending on the information you have provided, we will attempt to fax and email your completion slip to you. We also put a completion slip and diploma in the regular mail. Please keep these documents for your records.
You will be asked for your User ID and PIN. Your User ID can be found by searching with your license number. If you have not already changed your PIN, it may be the last four digits of your social security number.

Full refunds are available if both of the following are true:
You have not progressed beyond the first lesson of the online course.
You are requesting a refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
