The live online virtual classroom follows a structured schedule similar to an in-person classroom experience. Students will be responsible for attending the live online class sessions. Attendance is monitored by tracking log-in and log-out times, as well as through mandatory interactive attendance questionnaires given periodically throughout class. Missing an attendance questionnaire will be considered an absense for the previous two hours of class.
To meet the attendance requirement, students cannot be marked absent for more than 10% of class. In cases where absenses exceed 1.4 hours, the student will not be issued a completion slip. Students will need to contact the school to arrange for make-up hours in a different class.
